Straightset’s advice in wheel alignment supports PD Motors’s choice of the Beissbarth Q.Lign T

Seeking a wheel aligner at last year’s Mechanex at Sandown Park, Surrey, PD Motors was interested in the Beissbarth Q.Lign system after the live demonstration of the product at the show.  

Following a recent on-site demonstration and expert advice from Straightset’s wheel alignment specialist, PD Motors chose to upgrade its equipment to the Beissbarth Q Lign T-Series model for its speed, accuracy and ease of use.

Introducing the Beissbarth Q.Lign T Series

Building on the success of Q.Lign, the T-Series offers a stand-alone solution in a dedicated wheel alignment bay.

·         No moving parts - the four wide angle cameras detect all four wheels from a single fixed position regardless of whether the vehicle is on the floor or raised for adjustment. Providing a larger vertical field of view, without moving or tilting the cameras, therefore no moving parts and increased accuracy.

·         Fully integrated measurement technology - complete wheel alignment technology inside the camera beam, with WiFi communication for more flexibility, the process is all managed through a tablet device for ease of operation.

·         Innovative Q.Grip clamps - the new Q.Grip clamps are mounted five times faster than conventional clamps. Automatic centring and applied to the wheel with no rim contact.

Installation and aftercare

Our hands-on installation and service teams ensured an informative and smooth installation of the T-Series for PD Motors, demonstrating how to operate the tablet, the camera system, understanding the wheel alignment operation as well as correct application of the wheel clamps.
