Straightset has launched its new proprietary customer portal: Straightset QR — a comprehensive, in-house developed platform designed to streamline equipment servicing and minimise disruption, available exclusively to Straightset Service customers..
Once access area for technicians and managers:
Access to the portal is facilitated via a simple QR code scan located directly on the equipment itself. This immediate access ensures that technicians and management teams alike can obtain accurate, real-time information relevant to the specific asset in question, without the need to consult multiple records or systems.
One of the portal’s most practical features lies in its daily safety checks interface, which allows workshop personnel to conduct and record essential pre-use safety inspections directly within the system.
If any faults are recorded, the system will inform Straightset’s Service Team and the immediate line manager of the technician, so a safe remedy can be arranged. A quick an efficient response can be actioned to minimise downtime.
