Working with Straightset
I have been in Truck Service for 38 years…when we were introduced, I was sure we would be facing the issues we always had with previous companies with delays and lack of response and transparency. How wrong I was. Now if I ask for a quote I get one. I then get an ETA. It then gets done at the time stated. I get an invoice and all relevant paper work in good time. Can’t ask for more operationally. On a personal note your account management has been the main difference so thank you very much.
