Advanced Load Simulation for Light & Heavy Vehicles

The BM18200 is a versatile brake tester designed for both light and heavy vehicles, featuring hydraulic lifting roller beds for precise load simulation. Each roller bed is supported by four hydraulic cylinders and controlled by intelligent software with built-in safety systems to protect both the vehicle and operator throughout testing.

This advanced unit can lift axle loads of up to 16 tonnes to a unique height of 255 mm above floor level, ensuring highly accurate brake performance analysis.

Hot-dip galvanization for maximum corrosion protection.
Heavy-duty bearings and gear motors engineered for load-simulated brake testing.
Strong shock absorbers to stabilise the centre roller.
An integrated control system that balances hydraulic lifting, preventing roller bed twist when axles are off-centre.
