The BMW Q.Lign is the first wheel aligner to fully meet BMW’s latest 2026 technical specifications straight out of the box, no additional hardware, adaptations, or workarounds required.

Officially approved by BMW, and following previous approvals from Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen Audi Group, the Beissbarth Q.Lign sets a new benchmark for OEM-compliant wheel alignment.

Wireless Digital Steering Wheel Level – Integrated directly into the software, enabling technicians to see the steering wheel level remotely without repeatedly entering the vehicle

Fully Web-Based Wheel Alignment

Unlike traditional alignment systems, the Q.Lign eliminates the need for fixed PCs, bulky trolleys and dedicated printers.

Accessible via tablets, smartphones, smart TVs or workshop PCs, technicians can control and monitor alignments from anywhere in the workshop, improving workflow efficiency whilst freeing up valuable floor space.

Four integrated OLED displays positioned beneath the vehicle provide real-time alignment readings, enabling uninterrupted adjustment of toe, camber and caster for faster, more accurate results.

Compact, Mobile and Future-Ready

Built around a compact mobile platform and powered by long-life lithium-ion batteries, the Q.Lign can be used across multiple bays without restriction.

The system also supports ADAS calibration when paired with the Beissbarth Q.DAS calibration rig, helping workshops meet the growing demands of modern vehicle technology.

Using OEM-supplied alignment data from vehicle manufacturers worldwide, every alignment is completed using precise, up-to-date manufacturer specifications.

Flexible Equipment Options

The BMW Q.Lign is available in two BMW-approved configurations:

Q.Lign with BMW Quick Clamps (1690200009)
Designed for precise, run-out-free measurements on original BMW wheels using factory alignment points.
Q.Lign with BMW Magnetic Clamps (1690200027)
A fast, versatile solution suitable for both original and non-original BMW wheels.

Existing BMW Fast Clamp and Magnetic Clamp users can also reuse their current equipment, helping reduce upgrade costs.
