BMW QLign is the First Device to Meet the New BMW Specifications

The BMW Q.Lign is currently the only wheel aligner on the market that fully complies with the latest BMW technical specifications (Lastenheft) straight out of the box. For workshops, this provides a straightforward solution to meet the required standards without unnecessary detours. A key requirement of these new standards is the integration of a digital steering wheel level into the software.

This integration offers significant benefits for daily workshop operations:

Objective Measurement: The steering wheel position is captured digitally and documented in the printout.
Reduced Rework: Since the steering wheel position is monitored throughout the entire alignment process, misalignments are detected early, avoiding time-consuming corrections.

The innovative QLign aligner is a Web-based 3D wheel aligner which is ultra fast, compact, connected and mobile.

Flexible Equipment Options
To meet different workshop requirements, the QLign is available with 2 different clamp options:

BMW Quick-Clamps: Specifically designed for precise run-out-free measurement on vehicles with original BMW rims and alignment holes.
Magnetic Clamps: For fast, universal use on original and non-original BMW rims.

Both configurations are approved for warranty.
